After some more tune up engine started to response much smoother. I adjusted the fuel mixture to richen it by few steps. That was really positive change. I also installed the fuel pressure regulator.

I decided to change the torque converter to slightly higher stalling one. I choose the TCI "Sizzler" converter. It is almost stock, but still gives an extra punch at the traffic lights. I'm still waiting for the new rear leaf springs to arrive.

I just received the new Mopar Performance Heavy Duty rear leaf springs. They have 6 leafs on right and 7 leafs on the left side just as original R/T springs. I also installed new rubber bushings. Now the ride height is like it should be, and rear suspension feels just great.
